In dependence of the General Director its main functions will be: - To guarantee the continuous improvement of the industrial area. - Elaboration of the strategy and industrial planning necessary for the achievement of objectives. - Coordination of production, logistics and maintenance areas. - Leading, managing and motivating those responsible for plant, logistics / warehouse and maintenance. - Ensure compliance with budgets. - Ensure optimal interlocution with the finance and commercial areas to ensure the correct daily operation. - Propose the investments and the appropriate innovation to guarantee the maximum competitiveness of the factories. - Organize productive plants, technical and human resources efficiently by monitoring the appropriate indicators.
