Our expert committee

The Etalentum Awards are based on votes from a shortlist created by experts with in-depth knowledge of the local business landscape. These experts come from leading institutions, business associations, the local economic sector, and the academic field.
Operation of the awards
groups
The awards are overseen by a Committee of Experts made up of representatives from public administration, business organisations, academia, and public life. This ensures a pluralistic and objective selection process. You can find the terms here.
how_to_vote
The committee selects 10 finalist companies in each category. The final winners are then chosen by a public vote among local residents and workers. The winning company in each category is the one with the most voters.
filter_list
The selection criteria include talent development, training and professional growth opportunities, work-life balance, inclusion and employee well-being, as well as transparency and internal communication.
social_leaderboard
The Honorary Award, recognising an outstanding entrepreneur or company, is the only category not decided by public vote. Instead, it is awarded through deliberation and voting by the Expert Committee.
