Proprietary Artificial Intelligence Model
We have trained an Artificial Intelligence (AI) robot that uses our prior experience from over one thousand hiring processes to be more efficient in searching, which avoids automatic rejections.
The system sifts with multiple simultaneous parameters, analysing client requirements and broadening in terms of experience, academic background, languages, distance to the work site, and more. It also assigns a specific weight to each item based on tasks performed and previously held job positions.
