- Supervise and improve the strategic personnel plans.
- Recruitment of new staff.
- Training of new talent to adapt to the new job and continuous training for the existing staff.
- Evaluation and satisfaction of the work environment taking into account the environment and the status of each worker who is part of the company.
- Analysis of the remuneration policy.
- Administration of personnel and procedures such as contracts, payroll and others.
- Prevention of occupational hazards of employees.
