Offer description
For a company in the TIC sector in the region of Osona, we select a helpdesk technician to give support to the client users by telephone.

We offer:

- Hours: 09:00 to 13:00 15:00 to 19:00 guards on time.
Minimum studies
- Middle or higher degree in computer science.
Minimum experience
- Experience in supporting customers by telephone.
- Knowledge configuration of computer networks, routers, firewals, etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Office package.
- Driving license.
Minimum languages
- Catalan
- Spanish (indispensable)
- English (valorable)
- French (valorable)
Assessable requirements
- Estudios de informática de sistemas.
- Configuración de servidores informáticos.
- Conocimiento de programas TPV (farmacias, gasolineras, restaurantes, hoteles?).
- Conocimientos de electrónica.
- Experiencia demostrable en haber impartido formación de algún programa informático.
