Offer description
For a distribution company of the health sector of Osona, we select a purchasing assistant to join the administrative department.
He will be the person in charge of carrying out the administrative management of the department depending directly on the purchasing manager, without entering into negotiations with the suppliers.
A responsible, organized and accustomed person to work under pressure is required.

His main functions:
- Telephone assistance.
- Administrative management (orders, delivery notes, etc.).
- Billing.
- Control of rates and purchase prices.
- Application of basic Excel formulas.

It is offered:
- Full-time stable contract.
- Incorporation within a team with a good work environment.
- Annual gross salary: First 6 months € 18,000 gross per year, then revisable.
- Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Minimum studies
Minimum experience
- Experience in the purchasing department, minimum 1 year.
- Excel Advanced Domain.
- Own car.
Minimum languages
- Catalan: Native.
- Spanish: Native.
