Offer description
We are looking for an Administrative Controller with experience in management and archiving of administrative and accounting documentation to perform all administrative and reporting tasks to the mother company for a national company with a subsidiary in Andalusia, (Seville):

- Reporting to the matrix of all the required documentation in time and form.
- Implementation of management systems, validation and archiving of documentation.
- Claim invoices and documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.) to customers and suppliers
- Establish administrative control systems in the subsidiary.
Minimum studies
- ADE, Law, Labor Relations...
- Desirable MBA
Minimum experience
- Minimum 4 years performing similar tasks (especially in reporting to the parent company).
- Experience in treatment and information management
- Usual MS Office management (especially Excel and Word).
- Expert in efficient filing and reporting processes.
Minimum languages
Valuable English Language
