The main tasks to be performed are the following: - Organize the lay-outs of the dock and the flows of merchandise that transits through him. - Planning of uploads and downloads based on the information received. - Ensure compliance with established procedures. - Ensure the quality and productivity levels of the dock, through management indicators. - Maintain the information in the management systems, to facilitate the resolution of incidents and communication with the client. - Direct the dock equipment. Coordinate team of approximately 20 people. - Ensure the correct organization of the teams and work schedule according to the needs of the activity. - Propose improvements of the warehouse to the address.
