For an important German multinational company, dedicated to the commercialization of natural products for the pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical sector, we select a Commercial Sales Director for the Barcelona area. The person to be incorporated will depend hierarchically on the Directorate General located in Denmark and will supervise all the commercial activities of the company. We are looking for a professional profile with a clear commercial vocation, dynamic, decisive, analytical, with good communication skills, with leadership skills and oriented towards sales.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Recruitment and loyalty of new clients.
- Creation and formation of a new commercial team.
- Proposal and development of specific action plans.
- Compliance with the KPIs of the commercial department.
- Supervise that the teams of its position put into practice the defined commercial policy.
- Implementation of sales techniques.
- Identify business opportunities.

Minimum requirements:
- Advanced level of English.

Minimum studies
- University Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economic, Business or similar.
Minimum experience
- At least 3 years of experience as Commercial Director of Sales.
- Experience leading and managing large commercial teams.
Minimum languages
- Catalan: Native.
- Spanish: Native.
- English: Advanced.
Assessable requirements
