Factory Manager

For important company in the food industry, we selected a Factory Director. Depending on the manager, it will be under his responsibility the maintenance department, logistics department, purchasing department, quality department and the factory managers.

Its main objective is to schedule the production according to the delivery plans, taking into account the necessary materials and resources, the reduction of costs and the maximum flexibility in the production process.

The main functions are:
- Carry out the programming, design and production plans of the plant.
- Establish delivery plans based on raw materials and production times.
- Manage the supply plan.
- Manage the number of people in shifts.
- Ensure compliance with the process and control guidelines set by the quality department.
