Offer description
For an important company in Vallés, dedicated to SAP Consulting, we select a head of specific projects for banking, services and retail. In dependence on Management will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the projects of the large accounts of the company, in order to ensure maximum satisfaction of each of the assigned customers. It will perform coordination functions among the different departments of the company, with the purpose of making the information transverse and fluid, taking advantage of the synergies of the different work teams.

Its main functions will be:
- Guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Guarantee the productivity and efficiency of each project.
- Plan and carry out a global follow-up of each project and service, proposing corrective actions to the Project Leader for its success.
- Formalize and manage the global scope of each project.
- Properly distribute the roles of the teams, in order to achieve the success of the projects in progress and the development of the teams.
- Ensure through the Project Leader assigned to each project that the expectations of each client are correctly managed (scope, deadlines, equipment, quality, ...).
- Inform and report to the Management-State of each project.

Minimum studies
Degree in Business Administration and Management, Computer Engineering or similar.
Master in Project Management and / or Master in SAP Certification will be assessed.
Minimum experience
Previous experience of 5 years in similar positions is required.
Minimum languages
Catalan: Native.
Spanish: Native.
English: High.
