For an important industrial company in the automotive sector of Barcelona, ??we select a Quality Area Manager.
The main functions any tasks to develop in the position are: - Maintain and improve the quality management and environment systems (ISO9001 / TS16949) (ISO14001). - Define the level of quality products produced by the company with a clear customer focus. - Report to the General Manager / President regarding its area of ??responsibility, monitoring and control of management indicators. - Quality and Environmental Plan Management in its different phases. - Lead and participate the work team according to the fixed objectives. - Identify and plan the needs and resources of the work team. - Establish indicators that allow you to control delegated tasks. - Development of Advanced Quality Planning and associated techniques. - Lead feasibility studies; AMFES design and process; control plans, capacity studies,... - Evaluate and approve suppliers. - Control and receive purchased products. - Control in process (SPC). - Other tasks according to the role place.
Minimum studies
- High Degree in Industrial Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial Electronics).
- Advanced knowledge of tools and techniques of quality management such as SPC, AMFE, VDA, APQP, audits, continuous improvement ... and environment ISO 9001 / TS 16949, ISO 14001 and environmental management.
- Knowledge in materials and products of the automotive sector.
- Good level of computer science: usual user of management applications (work environment level in ORACLE, SAP, AS400,...)
Others:
- PhD in quality and environmental management systems.
Minimum experience
- From 3 to 5 years, in positions of similar characteristics and management responsibility in areas of quality in industrial companies.
- Conocimientos avanzados de herramientas y técnicas de gestión de calidad como, SPC, AMFE, VDA, APQP, auditorías, mejora continua? y entorno ISO 9001 / TS 16949, ISO 14001 y gestión medioambiental.
- Conocimientos en materiales y producto del sector automoción.
- Nivel medio de informática: usuario habitual de aplicaciones de gestión (valorable entornos de trabajo tipo ORACLE, SAP, AS400?)
