Offer description
For important food industry in the Bages region, we selected a maintenance manager.

Depending on the Industrial Management, its main tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Monitoring of key activity indicators of the department. Complete the control charts. Mark objectives and analyze deviations.
- Manage the costs of the maintenance department. Ask for quotes for important spare parts, large quantities or budgets associated with industrial improvements.
- Manage external companies, operators, maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with the rules of PRL.
- Participate in operational meetings of the department.
- Develop the budget annually, assessing the corrective and the preventive to be carried out.
- Make medium-term plans to review the needs with resources.
- Develop the necessary preventive for machines and facilities. Define theoretical durations, frequencies and criteria to control.
- Enforce procedures that affect the department (quality, safety) and develop their own procedures.
- Manage the amount of personnel needed in the department, depending on the needs and budget.
- Guarantee daily communication with the production manager, in order to establish the necessary priorities to fulfill the production plan.
- Ensure the correct functioning of the process, service and energy equipment.
- Have the necessary protocols to guarantee the operation of the factory.
- Daily monitoring of the waste generated at the factory and under its responsibility.

Minimum studies
- University Degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Electricity, Mechanics and Electronics.
- Training in Electronics and Automation.
- Training in Management and Cost Control.
Minimum experience
- Minimum 3 years experience as responsible for maintenance in food companies.
- More than 5 years of experience as head of maintenance in companies of other sectors.
Minimum languages
- Catalan: native.
- Spanish: native.
- English: advanced.
