For an important company in the electronics distribution sector, we selected a Head of the Commercial Department for a store in Girona. In direct dependence on the sales manager, you must lead and train your sales team to achieve the objectives.

Your mission will be to meet the needs of customers.

The main functions are:
- Department management and optimization of it.
- Analysis of the labor market and of the competition.
- Establishment of the objectives of the department and ensure compliance with them.
- Establishment of the commercial strategy for the department.
- Negotiation with manufacturers and suppliers; ensure the stock level and the quality of it.
