Offer description
For an important company in the metallurgical sector of the Osona region, we selected Account Service Manager for its central offices.

The tasks to be developed are:
- Management of the client portfolio for the achievement of the agreed objectives (Preparation and tracking of offers, telephone and e-mail attention, tracking and resolution of incidents.)
- Administrative management of the order itinerary (validation command customer, compliance and sending of the order confirmation, compliance monitoring deadline, etc.)
- Making trips to capture and track potential and current customers following the protocol and the schedule of visits agreed with the Director. Commercial and with the Spanish Market team.
- Realization of reports of visit, analysis and prey of strategies to follow in conjunction with the commercial team.
- Collaborate in the preparation of the sales budget.
- Teamwork with the entire chain of people who bring Value to the Client to guarantee full compliance with the agreements agreed with the client (Post-sale Service).
- Collaborate with the Dept. of Marketing for the creation of actions that improve the positioning of the Company and help customer loyalty.
- Realization of mass mailings to customers by product promotion, market information, provisional quotes, daily rates, changes made, news, etc.

Minimum studies
-Degree or degree.
Minimum experience
- Similar experience of 2 years to the one described.
