For important business center located in Barcelona, ??we selected a Receptionist that performs both Front and Back Office functions. Its functions will be: - Domain in the management of calls with telephone switchboard, proven experience - Reception and attention of the visits - Direct relationship with the clients, anticipating their needs - Will be in charge of the organization and assembly of the rooms for events (catering , audiovisual equipment, furniture ...) - Monitoring of the internal operations of the Business Center (maintenance facilities, orders material office, delivery courier and mail to customers, organization of the office / kitchen, prepare caterings in room, service drinks on demand ...) - Drafting and preparation of reports and internal communications as well as clients - Follow up on the booking of spaces agenda It offers: - Full-time stable position in the center of Barcelona - Join a dynamic and innovative team where you can grow and acquire new knowledge every day - Hours: L - V: 09: 00h to 12: 30h / 14: 30h to 19: 00h
Minimum studies
Degree related to Business and Administration.
Minimum experience
3 years of minimum experience as Receptionist in Office or Law Firm, in customer service.
Minimum languages
Proficiency in English, Catalan and Spanish.
