Offer description
For a small family-run hotel 2* located in the Granollers area, we select a Hotel Manager who will be in charge of the planning, marketing, coordination and administration of the hotel services and the management of the staff. The candidate will have frequent contact with both clients and employees.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Customer service.
- Promote and market the business.
- Establish and achieve sales and earnings objectives.
- Manage the budget and control expenses.
- Manage the staff and plan work schedules.
- Deal with the planning of maintenance, events and reservations of the rooms.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations relating to the sector.

It requires:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service.
- Leadership.
- Knowledge in management of small hotels.

It offers:
- Immediate incorporation with an indefinite contract.
Minimum studies
- Studies in hotel management.
Minimum experience
- Minimum experience of two years in a similar position.
Minimum languages
- Catalan and/or Spanish: high level.
- English: high level.
- Very good knowledge of other languages ??(especially French, Italian or German).
