Interesting opportunity in a company in the food sector of the Osona region. For the maintenance department it is necessary to incorporate a maintenance manager.

- Management of corrective and preventive maintenance, guaranteeing the correct operation of machinery and facilities.
- Management of the different work groups (own and external maintenance).
- Costs and budgets management.
- Meetings with suppliers.
- Coordination of the 4 maintenance areas of the company (mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and preventive).
- Coordination with the personnel of the different plants.
- Guarantee compliance with the response times of the breakdowns.
- Verification of the start-up of the new projects.
- Supervise and manage the personnel in charge: plan and coordinate vacations, substitutions, permits...
- Propose training for the team.
- Communication of incidents to dep. HR and PRL.
- Ensure the food safety of the product and that of the workers of the company (propose measures for the correct fulfillment of preventive actions, participation in the assessment of occupational risks, participation in accident investigations, etc.).

Minimum studies
- Technical engineering.
- Knowledge in cold, pneumatics, electricity and mechanics.
- Knowledge of management and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Office (Exel medium/high), Microsoft Project and AUTOCAD.
- Knowledge of CMMS.
Minimum experience
- 5 years experience in position with similar responsibilities.
- Experience in team management and inter-departmental project management.
Minimum languages
- Catalan: high.
- Spanish: high.
- English: medium.
