Transport Company of Baix Llobregat seeks an Administrative to manage the courier department.

Its main functions will be:
- Attention and telephone and email management of the incidents of both the Network's clients and agencies.
- Preparation of budgets.
- Preparation of collection routes.
- Processing of breaches of services, extraordinary charges and sanctions to the agencies of the Network.
- Reporting for Management (Quality standards and control of services)
Minimum studies
Vocational Training Middle Degree in Administrative Management
Minimum experience
It requires:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position in messaging and / or transport company
- Ease to quickly learn the internal management system.
Minimum languages
Spanish - Native
Catalan - Level B2
