Minimum studies
- University education in Technical Architecture or Public Works Technical Engineering.
Minimum experience
- Minimum experience of 8 years as head of work on redevelopment works in urban areas of more than 250,000 inhabitants for the Spanish public administration.

- Driving license and experience in team management.
