Offer description
For an important company in the cleaning/facility services sector, we selected a Service Manager reporting to the Operations Manager.

Its main functions/responsibilities will be:
- Manage and control the portfolio of clients assigned to it.
- Carry out quality supervision of the services performed on the client.
- Carry out the search and selection of personnel to cover the possible downsizing of personnel in the client's center.
- Control and monitoring of material orders for the customer center.
- Control and monitoring of customer absenteeism through control tools.
- Organization, control and monitoring of the service at the operational level (start-up of new clients, extraordinary work, management of work teams, ..)
- Maintain daily contact with the client and with the coordinators of each client.
Resolve the incidents that arise from the client and staff.
- Hire the necessary personnel for projects in client.
- Improvement of yields, methodologies, proposal of machinery, etc.
- Report to the Management the status of customer services: control of customer expenses, control, continuous improvement of the service...

- Permanent contract in Barcelona capital.
- Be part of a consolidated company in the facility sector.
Minimum studies
- FP or university degree.
Minimum experience
- 3 years experience in the management of services in client, facility services and/or related sectors such as security and/or maintenance companies.
Minimum languages
- Catalan: native.
- Spanish: native.
