Offer description
We are looking for an International Sales Director for a European company dedicated to the development of biometric identification technology hardware and software that provides secure online access, based in Madrid.

Its functions will be:
- Stablish international strategic sales objectives to achieve corporate objectives worldwide.
- Prospect and develop new international accounts in Utilities, Banking, Telecoms... using direct sales team as well as stabilising agreements with strategic partners.
- Design and development of a comprehensive sales plan and plan the commercial activities in each region and / or country in a consistent manner and aligned with the company's strategy.
- Manage a sales team: assign tasks to Sales Representatives. Supports the sales team to achieve sales and profit objectives. Supports local sales teams with visits to customers and key partners.
- Ensure effective control of international sales results, and carry out corrective actions to ensure that the achievement of the sales objectives is adjusted to the assigned budgets.
- Ensure that all international team meet or exceed the commercial activity standards (prospecting, visits, presentations, proposals or closing agreements, customer maintenance, etc.).
- Report the international sales activity directly to the CEO of the company.
Minimum studies
- Software engineer, telecommunications or related studies
- MBA.
Minimum experience
- At least 20 years of commercial experience in complex technological environments (Web Services, Applications, B2B Development).
- 5 years as commercial director or responsible for international development of Web developments and applications.
- Extensive international commercial experience, not less than 15 years.
Minimum languages
- English: very high level spoken and written (C1-C2) or bilingual.
- Spanish: bilingual.
- French and/or German, a plus.
