Our client is a European company specialized in the IT development focused on the management of social benefits in companies, since 2008. It has more than 600,000 users, especially from northern Europe. We are looking for a Sales Area Manager for the opening of its first office in Spain, in the Madrid-North area.

- Your mission: To prospect and open a portfolio of new clients, initially in the Madrid area.
- Your interlocutor: HR Manager, CEO, Financial Manager, etc.
- The targeted companies: those that have already established or could establish a social benefit system for their employees in the future.
- Your profile: sales "hunter" and business development with desire to join a project based on technology applied to HR that is already working successfully in other countries. The company offers an attractive remuneration package (fixed variable) according to your experience, training and real possibilities of growth within the company.
Minimum studies
.- Vocational Training Higher Degree (Commerce and Marketing) or related studies.
Minimum experience
- Between 2-5 years of sales experience (ideally related to HR departments).
- No less than 5 years in very competitive commercial environments, hunter profile in advisory sales.
Minimum languages
- Spanish: Native
- English: B2 level
