Family business and very consolidated in the food sector, it is necessary to incorporate a Production Engineer for its headquarters in Osona.
Its main tasks and functions will be:
- Industrial planning to ensure compliance with objectives in relation to the product, compliance with regulations, productivity, etc.
- Establish production plans according to sales forecasts.
- Control the progress of the works once the production has begun.
- Collaborate with Industrial Management to propose improvements and investments in machinery, facilities, tools, human resources, etc.
- Participate in decision-making processes related to outsourcing services for productive processes.
- Make proposals for technical and organizational improvements to improve productivity and product quality.
- Optimize the organization of production (control of deadlines, costs and quality).
- Organize the stock of raw materials and consumables to ensure their availability in time, quality and quantity.
- Supervise the availability of manufacturing equipment.
- Guarantee the indicators of the department, supervising the preventive and corrective actions, to ensure the satisfaction of the needs of the commercial department and the clients.
- Analyze the weekly production costs.

Minimum studies
- Industrial Engineering or similar or equivalent experience.
- Additional training will be assessed as Production Technician, Food Technician and/or others.
Minimum experience
- Demonstrable experience of more than 2-3 years as Production Manager (operations, industrial, factory ...) in a manufacturer of food products, especially meat products, cooked and/or cured sausages, etc.
- Knowledge of the associated manufacturing processes (injection, drawing, cooking, white room, etc.).
- Knowledge of ERPs of production management.
Minimum languages
-Catalan.
-Spanish.
-English (valuable).
Assessable requirements
- Experiencia en sectores industriales de producción alimentaria.
- Experiencia en dirección de diferentes secciones de producción.
- Experiencia en dirección de equipos de mandos intermedios y técnicos de apoyo a producción.
