We are looking for a Marketing Director.
Our client, a European technological company involved in hardware and software development that provides easy-to-use technology to Telco, Banking, e-commerce, Utilities, Gaming companies around the world, is looking for a Marketing Director who will be in charge of:

- Developing and overseeing the organization?s marketing and communication ventures.
- Designing, developing and implementing strategies to develop the company market presence,
- Supporting the company's sales goals and build a strong social media presence and brand recognition working closely with the sales team to develop strong revenue and customer growth.
- Establishing and growing a target market share.
- Developing the marketing strategy and implementing marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions, campaigns, events, digital marketing, PR and other marketing projects.
- Developing and implementing the brand strategy and corporate identity.
- Developing and managing marketing budgets and monitor costs and budgets.
- Measuring and reporting performance of all (digital) marketing campaigns, and assess them against company goals (ROI and KPI?s).

The ideal candidate will have extensive professional experience with a global mind set and passion for the job, able to employ unique marketing techniques. He or she will be a skilled marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others, while also contributing to tactical execution of the strategy
Minimum studies
- Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing.
Minimum experience
- Minimum of 15 years Marketing experience.
- At least 3 years as Marketing Director in a start up company.
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, including managing teams.
- Extensive experience in product and services marketing, demand generation, sales and brand development.
- Experience in marketing mobile apps, in B2B and B2C role.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Budget and cost analysis experience.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mind-set and a ?Can Do? and hands-on attitude, confident, driven and dynamic leader.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the creative side of marketing and design.
- Passionate about technology and security.

- High level Spanish.
