Offer description
Company of consolidated trajectory in the Food sector and in an important phase of growth at the national level, it is necessary to incorporate a Production Manager, being this the person in charge of the control and fulfillment of the objectives of losses, productivity and standardization.

Its tasks and functions will be the following:
- Fulfillment of production planning according to the established form, time and functions.
- Guarantee the correct interrelation between the areas of production, maintenance, ID, Supply and Quality.
- Management and solution of incidents that may arise to avoid interruptions in the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with safety, order, cleanliness, machine maintenance and personnel and factory organization standards.
- Leadership by objectives and management of the production team (direct, coordinate, plan, motivate, train, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with the work instructions (OT entries, visual product sheets, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with the fixed communication protocol of any incident.
- Monitoring, together with Management, of the costs and possible investments that are defined.
- Conduct periodic audits to monitor the expected objectives of its sections.
- Knowledge and supervision of the hygiene and disinfection plan defined by the Quality Department.
- Follow-up of the work team of the department. It offers: - Work stability in a solid and growing company.

Minimum studies
- Higher Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technical Engineering.
Minimum experience
- Minimum experience of 5 years in companies of the food sector, developing functions similar to those described.
Minimum languages
- Catalan: Native.
- Spanish: Native
- English: First Certificate - Advanced.
