Offer description
Foundation based in Barcelona and Madrid offers a position as coordinator of public grants and projects.
Depending on the Director General, its main functions will be:
-Control, follow-up and justification of the ongoing grants of the Foundation.
-Redaction of technical and economic memory.
-Presentation of the application.
-Follow-up of the file process.
-Technical and economic justification of the project.
-Inform the Foundation about new aids to which it could be eligible.
-Send of new calls for help.
-Management of projects of the Foundation.
-Search and management of public and private financing, coordination and supervision of the management process.
-Administrative and technical support for creation and realization of new programs / projects with the delegations, taking the accounting of them.
-Collaboration in treasury control, payment of suppliers, invoicing.
-Preparation of reports.
Minimum studies
-Training Higher Professional Degree.
-Administration and finance.
-Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economic and Business Sciences or similar.
Minimum experience
-Experience of at least two years in post of the same characteristics.
-Explicit knowledge and experience in management of economic justifications of public and private subsidies.
-Computer: advanced user (MS-Office package)
Minimum languages
-English: Medium / high level.
