For the leading multinational in Consumer Electronics in the retail and car audio sector, we select a Junior Key Account Manager.

Depending on the Commercial Management, the main tasks and functions to be developed will be:
- Preparation of the Annual Account and Budget Plan (Income, Expenses, assortment strategy, promotion, etc.) of the clients under its responsibility. Follow-up and achievement.
- Negotiation of the best commercial conditions Vs obtaining the best counterparts in each client.
- Analysis and monitoring of payments, sales and contribution of the client portfolio and preparation of action plans immediately to correct deviations or policies.
- Coordination with key functions and departments for management both within the company and in the clients it manages (Logistics, Production, Finance, etc.).
- Interpretation of market data, trends, ad-hoc studies, competition and competitors.
- Development of effective presentations for the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives.
- Management of the most convenient promotional portfolio and activity in each client. Analysis of promotions and assortment changes.
- Carry out periodic market visits to verify the execution of the agreements reached. - Propose initiatives to improve or implement new processes. Continuous improvement

Minimum studies
- Diploma / Degree / Degree in Economic and Business Sciences, ADE and / or similar.
- MBA or Master in Commercial Management and Marketing (valuable).
- Electronic Engineering (valuable).
Minimum experience
- 2 years of experience as a Commercial Manager or KAM in companies in the Consumer Electronics sector or in retailers or as KAM in companies in the Consumer Goods sector.
- Essential, level of English C1 (level test will be done).
- Analytical and resolutive profile. - High level of interlocution.
- Availability to travel 4-5 days / month (approx.) At Iberian Peninsula level (continuous days) and semi-annual meeting with the Headquarters of the company at its international headquarters.
Minimum languages
- Catalan: native
- Spanish: native.
- English: advanced (C1).
Assessable requirements
- Conocimiento del mercado de la electrónica de consumo y/o accesorios automoción.
