For an important company in the Food sector, dedicated to the production and marketing of processed meat products, we selected an Operations Manager for its production plant in La Garrotxa.

Reporting to Management, its main tasks and functions will be:
- Responsible for the planning of the productive activity.
- Management of the work team, formed by 30-50 people.
- Compliance with the quality regulations of the sector.
- Control of stock and management of perishable products.
- Traceability control.
- Optimization of processes and auxiliary services.
- Continuous improvement of productivity and performance.
- Compliance with defined objectives.
- Preparation of reports and report to Management.

Minimum studies
- Higher Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technical Engineering.
Minimum experience
- Experience in the sector of the production of perishable foods and ideally in the sector of the meat industry, between 5 and 10 years.
Minimum languages
- Catalan: native.
- Spanish: native
- English: medium (B2).
