Reporting to Management, its main tasks and functions will be: - Responsible for the planning of the productive activity. - Management of the work team, formed by 30-50 people. - Compliance with the quality regulations of the sector. - Control of stock and management of perishable products. - Traceability control. - Optimization of processes and auxiliary services. - Continuous improvement of productivity and performance. - Compliance with defined objectives. - Preparation of reports and report to Management.
