Offer description
Etalentum selects for a company with more than 40 years of experience in the food sector, a Quality Manager, who following the guidelines of the Industrial Director must perform the following functions:

- Management of the HACCP system and its prerequisites according to current regulations and making the relevant changes based on their updates.
- On-site control of the entire production and personnel control plant.
- Management and monitoring of audits ISO 22,000, BRC, IFS, CALITAX, SAE, among others.
- Management of customer non-conformities, internal and by the Official Veterinary Service and apply appropriate corrective measures.
- Preparation of documentation for export to third countries and prepare the corresponding audits.
- Maintenance management of the room and staff to optimize productivity.
- Waste management, quarterly statements of the same among others.

Requirements:
- Degree in agricultural engineering, chemistry and / or food technology.
- Experience between 3 and 5 years as responsible for quality in food companies.
