CFO and HR

For important industrial business group of the sector of the automotive sector and based in La Garrotxa, we selected a Financial Director and HR.

Reporting to General Management, its main tasks and responsibilities will focus on:
- Designing the strategies, implementation, and direction and control of all administrative and financial aspects of the company.
- Define the accounting principles and supervise the general accounting of the society.
- Optimize the performance of financial resources, negotiating with financial entities.
- Study and inform about the different investment alternatives and their financing.
- Promote budget control and the scope of defined objectives.
- Participate in the decision of the policies of the company in general, and in all kinds of insurance, in particular.
- Design and implement computerized management systems with the philosophy of practical utility and agility of treatment and consultation.
- Participate in the management of the Board of Directors as a member of its committee. A

Arrange and manage the company's Human Resources, defining and promoting the most appropriate policies for each of the areas of its competence: remuneration system, recruitment and selection, assessment and adaptation of people and jobs, training, labor relations, security and hygiene.
