Offer description
For a rapidly growing company in the Osona region, dedicated to the selection of personnel, we selected a Responsible Field Supervisor. Our client grows more than 20% annually since the last 4 years and has an international expansion project in the coming years.

The position is part of the operations department. Its main function is to achieve maximum profitability of the different offices that the company has in the Spanish territory, while controlling the strict compliance of the processes by the managers of these offices.

It is a position of relevance and responsibility to cover the internal promotion of the current Head of Supervision, which must also coordinate the field supervision team as the department grows.

Own tasks of the Field Supervisor:
- Actively contribute to the definition and improvement of the Etalentum processes.
- Initial training of franchisees in the commercial field, in collaboration with the Training Manager.
- Start-up of each unit (opening and launching), taking charge of providing continuous on-site support during the first 6 months of start-up of each franchise, both for the commercial scope and for the scope of selection consultancy.
- Management of the team of supervisors under their charge.
- KPI tracking of network results.
- KPI's tracking of network processes.
- Monthly monitoring of the reporting of each field supervisor.
- Report to the Operations Director on a monthly basis the results and process processes of the network.
- Support quarterly field visits, when necessary.

Minimum studies
- University education in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology and/or Labor Relations.
Minimum experience
- Commercial experience in services of at least 5 years.
- Internal and external commercial experience.
- Experience in management of a work team.
Minimum languages
- Catalan: native.
- Spanish: native.
- English: high.
