For an important company in the automotive sector located in the Garraf area, we are selecting 1 Advanced Mechanized Maintenance Technician, who, following the guidelines of the machining maintenance manager, must perform the following functions and responsibilities: - Ensure that the equipment used in the Machining plant work properly and efficiently. - Diagnose and repair faults. - Carry out periodic maintenance reviews. Installation of equipment. - Carry out repairs on machines when a breakdown occurs. - Record the breakdown parts daily for processing in the information system. - Keeps in perfect condition the tools of own use, as well as those of common use. - Participate in the works corresponding to the assembly of the new facilities. - Ensure the care of machinery and facilities. - Keeps your knowledge up to date to adapt them to the needs of new technologies. - It complies with the rules, procedures and instructions applicable in its area of activity, as well as the policies and values that emanate from the Company's Management.
Requirements: - Level of knowledge equivalent to those of CFGS in electricity-electronics / mechanics. - Equivalent experience in the position of 5 to 10 years. - ADVANCED technical knowledge multidisciplinary in Electricity, Pneumatic Electronics, Hydraulics and Robotics. - PLC. High knowledge Siemens PLC. - CNC. High knowledge in the diagnosis of electronic and power failures, replacement of servo motors, optical rules, encoders, acceleration parameter adjustments. - English (technical), medium level, to interpret queries.
