Construction and maintenance services company, with a consolidated track record and in the growth phase, needs to incorporate a Construction Manager for Bilbao.

The main tasks and responsibilities will be:
- The organization, control and supervision of the personnel of the work.
- The forecast, request, reception and control of the construction materials.
- The preparation of budgets and issuance of certifications.
- The general control of the work at the level of execution, economic and deadlines.
- Attendance at periodic meetings with Construction and Property Management.
- Technical and economic planning before and during the work.
- Establish and keep updated the management of the work.

Minimum studies
- University education in Technical Architecture or Technical Engineering of public works.
- Higher Degree in Building and Civil Works.
