For an important Osona leisure park, we selected a commercial manager of the establishment.

Depending on the property of the establishment, its main functions and tasks will be:
- Supervision, planning management and staff schedules.
- Management and motivation of the work team.
- Management of the reserves of the establishment.
- Financial and budgetary management.
- Management of advertising and promotion of the establishment.
- Prioritize operational and commercial actions.
- Development of ludic-educational activities.
- Policy formulation and development planning.
- Negotiation with suppliers.

Minimum requirements:
- Organizational capacity for the management of human and physical resources.
- Leadership, motivation, time management and team organization.
- Clear Customer Orientation and great commercial skills.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Written skills.
- Search for solutions for problems that arise on a day-to-day basis.
- Basic knowledge of ICT and skills to work on their own.

- Schedule: Wednesday and Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. The remaining hours to arrive at 40h per week full-time, can be done from home.
Minimum studies
- Course of monitor / a of activities of education in infantile and juvenile leisure.
- Course director of education activities in children and youth leisure.
Minimum experience
- Minimum experience of 2 years developing similar functions in leisure park, companies organizing events and / or sports activities or in management of establishments in the retail and / or Horeca sector.
Minimum languages
- Catalan: Native.
- Spanish: Native.
