Multinational company of the services sector, in continuous growth, needs to incorporate a Manager Area Jr. whose mission will be to ensure in each center (of a certain area of Spain) the correct implementation of the policies, strategies and procedures defined by the management of each area, as well as supporting the achievement of the business results of each center.
Its main functions will be the following: Management control: - Supervise compliance with the guidelines defined by each area of the company. - Give support in business management (Commercial, Marketing, HR, Training, Quality of service, ..). - Evaluate the level of customer satisfaction. - Act as liaison with the company's headquarters.
Commercial and Marketing: - Represent the company in the centers, being the interlocution between these and the central headquarters. - Monitoring of the Marketing plan. - Define sales objectives for the centers, follow up and collaborate in achieving them. - Resolve doubts / clarifications about the general functioning of each center.
It is required: - English: advanced (Upper Intermediate Level C1 - level test will be done). - Negotiating skills for intermediation and problem solving. - Systematic and organized person, with vocation of service. - Wide availability to travel nationally (75% of the time, approx.). - Own vehicle (the company pays the expenses of diets and Km).

Minimum studies
- Degree / Degree in Business Administration.
- Diploma / Degree in Business Sciences.
Minimum experience
- Minimum experience of 1-2 years in a similar position in a company in the services sector (insurance, hotel chains, franchises, catering chains, pharmaceutical, ...).
Minimum languages
- English: advanced (Minimum level: Upper Intermediate C1 - level test will be done).
- Spanish: advanced.
Assessable requirements
- Residencia en El Bages o alrededores y/o posibilidad de traslado de residencia.
