For an important group of dealers, located in the Gironès region, we select a technical service advisor. Reporting directly to the post-sales manager, his main mission will be to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction in his workshop experience.

Its main functions are:
- Planning the workshop agenda.
- Telephone attention.
- Reception of vehicles.
- Encode and inform the technicians of the repairs to be performed.
- Inform the client of the work done.
- Management of disagreements.
- Ensure that the standards established by the brand are met in terms of customer service.

It requires:
- Orientation to customers.
- Ability to solve incidents.
- Ability to manage stress.
- Knowledge in mechanics and spare parts will be positively valued.

Minimum studies
- CFGS.
