Within our Expansion Plan at national and international level, we select a Personnel Selection Consultant to join the Etalentum Vic Office team.
Etalentum is the first personnel selection company in number of offices in Spain. We specialize in headhunting for the commercial, technical / IT, financial and international area, a service that we provide through our extensive network of proximity offices.

In direct dependence on the Office Management, the selected candidate will carry out the following tasks:
- Management of the assigned selection processes.
- Search (candidate database Etalentum, publication in job portals and active search), interview and selection of profiles.
- Writing reports of candidates and reports to customers.
- Monitoring of the selection processes until they are closed.
- Weekly activity report.

- Profile oriented to objectives and results, proactive and eager to develop in the field of personnel selection and HR.
- Address in Osona, Bergadá, Moianés or surroundings.

Minimum studies
- Bachelor or University Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Labor Sciences and / or Business Administration and Management.
- It will be positively valued: Master in HR and / or Labor Relations.
Minimum experience
- Minimum experience of 2 years performing tasks similar to those described, preferably in the field of personnel selection, headhunting, recruiting and / or similar.
Minimum languages
- Catalan: Native.
- Spanish: Native.
- English: Intermediate - advanced (FCE; First Certificate in English will be positively valued).
Assessable requirements
- Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento del tejido empresarial de la Cataluña central (especialmente Osona, Bergadà y/o Moianès).
