We are looking, for a luxury brand fashion store in La Roca Village, a competitive retail Sales Assistant. It is required high capacities of customer interaction to help them to identify and purchase the products they desire, with an accurately product features and benefits description. It is important to have a friendly and engaging personality.
Candidate will be responsible for: - Selling, restocking and merchandising. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. - Processing cash and card payments. - Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. - Following all companies policies and procedures.
For this job position it is required: - Proven working experience in retail sales. - Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. - Proficiency in English. - Solid communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer service focus. - Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality. - Basic administration skills.
Minimum studies
- High school degree.
Minimum experience
- Demonstrable experience in similar position is required.
Minimum languages
- English: Proficiency level, mother tongue.
- Spanish and/or Catalan: High level, mother tongue.
- Russian or Chinese will be considered a plus.
