The main functions of the selected profile are: - Management of personnel administration tasks with external advice: hiring, discharge management, terminations, contractual modifications, among others. - Collaboration in payroll management with external advice. - Monitoring and evaluation of the process of successful incorporation of new employees. - Forecasting staff needs in the medium / long term. - Collaboration in the development of a comprehensive system of people management: designing jobs, defining roles and responsibilities, etc. - Resolution of incidents that may occur on a daily basis.
