Our client, a maintenance and cleaning services company, is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join a new and ambitious expansion project nationwide. For this we want a person with a high technical level, with a good level of dialogue, decisive and proactive capacity, capable of assuming new responsibilities.
The main functions will be: - Carry out the operational planning of the various maintenance accounts, resolving any incidents that may arise and proposing improvements in the execution - Supervise and organize the hiring, management and training of the personnel in charge - Carrying out budgets and offers techniques of the different services of the company - Preparation and analysis of budgetary deviations - Active search and maintain the relationship with service providers - Technically advise clients
