Head of Plant

For an important company, a reference in the livestock sector of Osona, we selected a Plant Manager for your feed factory.

Its main tasks and functions to be developed will be:
- Strategic and integral management of the factory (productions, costs, etc.).
- Development and management of feed formulation and nutrition, together with Technical Management and Nutrition (productions, plant productivity, etc.).
- Supervision of the production and productivity of the plant.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance management.
- Supervision of the correct functioning and efficiency of the machinery and facilities.
- Optimization of machinery performance, logistics organization and supervision of orders and production.
- Logistics management of the transport of raw materials and the final product.
- Validation of material and final product purchase rates (Feed).
- Factory staff coordination.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Waste management, following good practice processes.
- Factory inventory management.
