Company with a consolidated track record in the FMCG Food sector and in an important phase of growth nationwide, it is necessary to incorporate a Maintenance Manager.

Depending on the Operations Department, its main tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Monitoring of the key activity indicators of the department. Fill in the control panels. Mark objectives and analyze deviations.
- Manage the costs of the maintenance department. Request budgets for important spare parts, large quantities or budgets associated with industrial improvements.
- Manage external companies, operators, maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with PRL standards.
- Participate in operational meetings of the department.
- Develop the budget annually, assessing the corrective and preventive to be performed.
- Make medium-term planning to review the needs with resources.
- Develop the necessary preventive for machines and facilities. Define theoretical durations, frequencies and criteria to control.
- Enforce procedures that affect the department (quality, safety) and develop own procedures.
- Manage the amount of staff needed in the department, depending on the needs and budget.
- Ensure daily communication with the production manager, in order to establish the priorities necessary to fulfill the production plan.
- Ensure the proper functioning of process equipment, services and energy.
- Have the necessary protocols to guarantee the operation of the factory.
- Daily monitoring of waste generated at the factory under your responsibility.

Minimum studies
- Industrial Engineering, specializing in Electricity, Mechanics and / or Electronics.
- Training in Electronics and Automation.
- Training in Management and Cost Control.
Minimum experience
- Minimum experience of 3 years developing tasks and functions similar to those described, preferably in the food industry.
Minimum languages
- Catalan: native.
- Native Spanish.
- English: intermediate - advanced (B2; positively assessed).
