The position is part of the operations department and its main function is to lead the training department. Its main tasks are: - Detect training needs and establish a training plan. - Create and organize all processes within your department. - Evaluation of all training plans of the organization. - Design and deliver the training to new incorporations. - Develop and execute HR policies in talent management, training and development. - Participate actively in the definition and improvement of processes. - Direct Resporting to the person in charge of operations.
