For an important company with a consolidated track record in the logistics sector, located in the region of La Garrotxa, we select a Customer Service Manager.

Reporting to the Head of the delegation, his main responsibilities will be:
- Management of customer incidents, dealing with the departments involved.
- Monitoring and management of services.
- Planning of the appropriate resources to guarantee the correct assistance to the clients.
- Communication with suppliers.
- Preparation of out-of-service service budgets.
- Establish the priorities of the department based on the type of service and client.
- Manage the staff in charge.

Minimum studies
- University degree in Business Administration and Management, Accounting and / or similar.
Minimum experience

Minimum languages
