Offer description
For a spanish company dedicated to Cybersecurity that develops an expert system for the analysis of security risks in application architecture, we select a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to work in London or Madrid.

Its functions will be:
- Proven success (revenue generation) of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, as well as complex and variable ABM execution using both automated and disruptive technologies via inbound and outbound channels
- Understand the challenges of the industry and discover how and by whom decisions are made in those organizations.
- Manage the Account Executives, SDRs and Marketing team directly. Including establishing and measuring their KPIs.
- Manage renewal process and customer success.
- Report monthly to the board on key metrics for the whole sales and marketing team.
- Establish, manage and improve the sales process, to shorten the sales cycle and make efficient use of the team?s time.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; work with marketing operations to maintain a database of named contacts that aligns marketing and sales on the defined target audience.
- Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas within target accounts; develop a strategy to add key personas and contact information within target accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and gain consensus on cross-portfolio GTM plans and marketing programs.
- Analyze metrics to determine effectiveness of marketing activities and impact on sales opportunities.
- Improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing channels and processes.
- Track and manage campaign project plans and budgets

Is requiered:
- Experience in sales to technical audiences will help you communicate our value proposition, particularly to cyber security teams.
- Experience in building and growing SaaS businesses a plus.
- Deep understanding of sales processes and sales channels.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product teams.
- Spanish and English native or professional level.

Minimum studies
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related.
Minimum experience
It is required a demonstrable experience of at least 6 years in B2B sales role.
Experience in sales to technical audiences will help you communicate our value proposition, particularly to cyber security teams, in building and growing SaaS businesses a plus.
Minimum languages
- English very high level or mother tongue.
- Spanish: High level.
