Job descrption:
The position requires great communication skills and to be able to communicate with many kinds of customers at different levels in a professional and considerate manner, as well as to speak fluent Swedish and English.

Key responsibilities will be:
-To promote the sales of replacement equipment, parts and other products in Scandinavia & UK via phone.
-To achieve sales goals and overall customer contact.
-To maintain relationships with current and potential accounts.
-To resolve customer issues/problems, researches, and make recommendations for potential products or modifications to increase seals.
-To make the standard quote for the supported customer case and follow up all opportunities.
-To plan and schedule sales calls to maximize sales impact and grow our business.
-To keep informed of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity, sharing information with other personnel for better strategic placement in the market.

Your profile:
-A commercial extravert person that is driven by sales.
-Ability to contact customers in a pro-active way.
-Good technical skillset to understand our products.
-Computer literate and experience with CRM environment is an asset.

Job offer:
-A permanent full-time position.
-Schedule: 8 - 17h (1h flexibility), Monday - Friday. Short shift on Friday, 8 - 15h.
-WFH policy will be applied after the initial training (1 month), working remotely 2-3 days per week.

Minimum studies
-Bachelor?s degree or equivalent through experience.
Minimum experience
-2-3 years of experience in an Internal Sales / Sales Support function, preferably for industrial products but not a necessity.
Minimum languages
-Fluent in Swedish and English (company language).
