Europe's leading online retailer for gear and accessories within Motorcycles and Snowmobiles, are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to join the Sales & Marketing team. Our partner is a rapidly growing company, committed to offer a state-of-the-art shopping experience to our passionate customers through their online stores. They have a local online presence in 16 European markets and two shops for the rest of the world that provides their customers with a huge range of products and an extraordinary level of service.

In the role as Head of Performance Marketing you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability in direct response oriented sales channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Video and Organic Search. You will continuously develop our capabilities in performance marketing with the goal to continue doing best in class performance marketing. You will lead the performance marketing team and develop its team members.

Key responsibilities:
- Define direction and drive projects that will enable sales and sales profit growth via paid (SEM, Paid Social, Display and Video) and organic channels
- Own sales and marketing investment budget for paid and organic search
- Manage weekly team delivery and priorities
- People manager for Performance Marketing team
- Set and align objectives and key results within the team
- Provide inputs for commercial budget planning

Skills and experience:
- Strong communication skills sharing strategy with business stakeholders and breaking it down to operational team;
- Strong understanding for what role Automation and technology can play to improve SEM and SEO
- Previous experience leading marketing teams
- Strong understanding of paid advertising auction
- Good understanding of how organic search works
- Ability to budget/forecast marketing channel sales and costs;
- Ability to drive analysis work for marketing channels and identify cause-effect relationships
- Proven experience managing both technical and non technical projects in cross-functional team environment
- Experience in web analytic software such as Google Analytics

Minimum studies
- Marketing degree or related.
Minimum experience
- 5+ years executing and managing performance marketing strategies preferably in highly automated contexts
- 3+ years experience in B2C e-commerce
Minimum languages
- Spanish: native.
- English: Advanced.

Bonus experience:
- Experience in Marketing Tech development
- Experience from Motorcycle, Motocross or Snowmobile business
