Europe's leading online retailer for gear and accessories within Motorcycles and Snowmobiles, are looking for a SEO Manager to join the Sales & Marketing team. Our partner is a rapidly growing company, committed to offer a state-of-the-art shopping experience to our passionate customers through their online stores. They have a local online presence in 16 European markets and two shops for the rest of the world that provides their customers with a huge range of products and an extraordinary level of service.

This role is responsible for organic search non brand traffic and sales growth through technical platform optimizations. Furthermore, this role will include stakeholder management between marketing leadership, development teams as direct stakeholders and multiple secondary stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Own the SEO sales budget.
- Own and drive implementation of SEO Strategy (Technical and Content).
- Own SEO project pipeline, manage ongoing projects and workflows. Work with extended developer team and other functions as needed.
- Own ongoing country specific SEO gap analysis.
- Own reporting and analysis of performance metrics and regularly share them with the greater team.
- Evangelize and educate the company on best practices for SEO.


Skills & Requirements:
- Fundamental understanding of technical SEO issues, including site architecture optimization, site speed considerations, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, competitor analysis and reporting SEO to leadership team.
- Familiarity with common SEO tools, including 3rd party rank tracking tools, link analysis tools, and search engine webmaster tools like Google Search Console and enterprise SEO tools like OnCrawl / Botify.
- Strong ability to identify technical issues and provide a clear direction for potential solutions
- Must be able to communicate succinctly to executives and others who will not understand the esoteric nature of SEO.
- Proven experience managing technical SEO projects in cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience managing SEO in high growth e-commerce company.

Minimum studies
- Marketing degree or related.
Minimum experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a SEO specialist.
Minimum languages
- Spanish: native.
- English: Advanced.
Assessable requirements
- Previous project management experience is a plus.
- Product owner certification is a plus.
- Previous team lead experience is a plus.
